Together with our community partners, DNOVA Institute will launch the DNOVA Creative Center on Sept. 2, 2025. A
ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on Thursday, August 28, from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. During the ceremony, Dr.
Luis A. Palacio, P.E., DNOVA Executive Director and CEO, will share the vision for the space.
Once open and operational, the Center will serve students in Carmel and surrounding areas, giving high school
students a vibrant and safe space to collaborate, learn, and grow. It will primarily serve as an after-school
collaborative hub during the week, but will also be available for private event rentals, workshops, homeschool
families, and community gatherings.

The Center was made possible by a grant from Lilly Endowment Inc.’s Strengthening Youth Programs in Indiana
(SYPI) initiative, which supports organizations advancing the academic, social, and personal development of Indiana
youth. It will enhance our educational programs and community engagement by serving as a resource for local
youth, thereby improving their college and career readiness. Located on Rangeline Road, a bustling area of
Hamilton County, the center is a one of its kind co-working space designed with teens in mind. It will be a place
where the youth can explore their creative mind, explore career paths, and skill up!

“I am grateful to all of our supporters for making The DNOVA Creative Center a reality for the youth to also have a
place within the Arts and Design District where they can build a community of creative and innovative leaders and
pioneers,” said Dr. Luis Palacio, DNOVA Executive Director and CEO. DNOVA Institute is a non-profit organization
founded in 2011, promoting innovation, STEM education, workforce development, and research through its various
programs and workshops. The DNOVA Creative Center is located at 330 N Rangeline Rd, Carmel, Indiana, 46032.
