organizational success. With a proven track record in various industries, she possesses
an unparalleled blend of strategic insight, operational acumen, and a passion for
fostering innovation.

As a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and People at Interface Systems, she plays a
critical role in bringing in top talent and contributing to organizational strategy through
workforce planning. Prior to this, she held roles within HR in Clinical Research
Organizations and Non-Profits where she consistently delivered results, earning her a
reputation for excellence in this space.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Amie has a passion for education and children
which aligns well with DNOVA’s mission: “to provide a holistic education that nurtures
the potential in every child." She is committed to making a positive impact on the
community. She actively engages in community events through volunteering. When
she’s not working, you can find her taking care of her many animals, reading, or
spending time with her husband and daughter.
